Many products are created specifically after an order is placed and may be manufactured and fulfilled by third-party production partners.

Product Images and Colors

We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately. However, many product images are digital mockups intended to show the approximate appearance of the finished item.

Actual colors may vary slightly because of differences in screens, printing equipment, materials, garment colors, production methods, and other factors.

Minor variations in print placement, size, color, texture, or alignment may occur with individually produced merchandise and are not necessarily considered defects.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart and product information before ordering.

Sizing can vary among manufacturers, garment styles, and product types. A customer normally will not be entitled to a replacement or refund solely because an otherwise correctly produced product does not fit as expected, except where required by law or otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable products, intellectual-property concerns, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Personalized and Custom Products

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.

This includes spelling, names, dates, wording, photographs, and other customer-supplied content.

By submitting content for personalization, you represent that you have the right and permission to use that content and authorize us and our fulfillment providers to reproduce it for purposes of completing your order.

We reserve the right to reject personalization requests that we reasonably believe violate applicable law or another party’s rights.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when required, will generally be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, illustrations, text, branding, logos, product descriptions, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to She’s A Busy B.

Purchasing a physical product does not grant the purchaser copyright, trademark, reproduction, resale, or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design printed on that product.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Production and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply shortages, incorrect addresses, and fulfillment interruptions.
